📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Learning Management System (LMS) operated by Gramin Shiksha Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, registering, or using this LMS, its online courses, training programs, certifications, or related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Gramin Shiksha Private Limited provides online skill development and vocational training programs through this LMS.

Training, learning content, and academic support are delivered digitally via the LMS platform.

Certification, assessment, or examination (where applicable) may be conducted or issued by third-party awarding or assessing bodies. The Company facilitates training and coordination unless certification is explicitly issued by the Company.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility criteria vary by course and are clearly mentioned on the respective course pages.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment without refund.

3. Registration & Account Usage

Access to LMS content is provided only after successful registration and, where applicable, payment verification.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing login details, course access, or content with others is strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or deactivate user accounts found violating LMS usage policies.

4. Fees & Payments

All applicable fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.

Fees once paid are governed by the Company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Applicable taxes (including GST) shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

5. Online Training, Content & Assessment

All course content is provided exclusively through the LMS and is intended for personal learning use only.

Course completion, assessments, and evaluations must be completed as per the guidelines mentioned in the respective program.

Failure to appear for scheduled online assessments due to personal reasons may require payment of additional re-assessment fees, if applicable.

6. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance, if offered, is support-based only and does not guarantee employment.

Final placement outcomes depend on employer requirements, candidate performance, and prevailing market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All LMS content including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Gramin Shiksha Private Limited or its licensors.

Unauthorized downloading, screen recording, sharing, resale, or commercial use of LMS content is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Non-placement or employment outcomes

• Delays or decisions by third-party certifying or assessing bodies

• Technical issues, internet failures, device incompatibility, or platform downtime beyond reasonable control

9. Termination & Access Restriction

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate LMS access without prior notice in case of:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of LMS content

• Any activity deemed unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located at Hisar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
