Cancellation Policy
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: February 2020
This Cancellation Policy applies to all online courses, programs, and services offered through the Learning Management System (LMS) operated by Gramin Shiksha Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Student-Initiated Cancellation
Requests for course cancellation must be submitted in writing through official email or designated support channels of the Company before access to course content is granted.
Cancellation requests submitted after course access, login credentials issuance, or commencement of online training shall not be eligible for refund, except where expressly mentioned under the Refund Policy.
Any eligible refund, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an online course or batch due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
Insufficient number of enrollments
Technical or operational constraints
Unavailability of trainers or subject matter experts
Force majeure events such as natural calamities, government orders, pandemics, or system outages
In such cases, affected learners may be offered one of the following options, at the Company’s discretion:
Transfer or rescheduling to an alternative batch or course
Refund of eligible fees, as per the Refund Policy
3. Certification & Assessment Cancellation
Cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of assessments or examinations shall be governed by the rules and timelines prescribed by the respective awarding, assessing, or certifying authority.
Failure to attend scheduled online assessments due to personal or technical reasons may attract additional re-assessment fees, as applicable.
4. No-Liability Clause
Gramin Shiksha Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect losses, costs, or damages arising due to course cancellation, rescheduling, or assessment-related changes beyond reasonable control.
5. Policy Modification
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes shall be effective upon publication on the LMS.
