Refund policy

💰 REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February 2020

This Refund Policy applies to all online courses, programs, and services offered through the Learning Management System (LMS) operated by Gramin Shiksha Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Course Fees & Payments

All course fees, registration fees, and processing charges paid on the LMS are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

In the event a course or program is cancelled by the Company due to unforeseen or operational reasons, eligible fees paid by enrolled users may be refunded on a proportionate basis, after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

2. No-Refund Scenarios

No refund shall be provided under the following circumstances:

The learner voluntarily withdraws from a course after enrollment or course access has been granted
The learner fails to participate, attend, or complete the online training
Non-attendance or failure in assessments due to personal, technical, or scheduling reasons
Delay, rescheduling, or decisions taken by third-party universities, awarding bodies, or certification authorities
Access to course content has already been provided on the LMS

3. Government-Funded or Sponsored Programs

For courses conducted under government-funded, subsidized, or sponsored schemes, refund and cancellation rules shall be governed strictly by the respective scheme guidelines, government notifications, or funding authority policies.

4. Refund Approval & Processing

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Company.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during the transaction. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

5. Policy Updates

Gramin Shiksha Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy shall be effective upon publication on the LMS.
