Admission Guidelines for Students

🎓 ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

These Admission Guidelines apply to all online courses offered through the Learning Management System (LMS) operated by Gramin Shiksha Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


Step 1: Apply for Course

Students must first apply for the desired course through the “Apply for Course” option available on the official website or LMS.

Applicants are required to provide accurate personal, educational, and contact details at the time of application.

Submission of false or incomplete information may result in rejection of the application at any stage.


Step 2: Document Submission & Verification

After successful application, students must upload or submit the required documents for verification, which may include:

  • Educational certificates

  • Identity proof (Aadhaar or other valid ID, if required)

  • Passport-size photograph or other documents as specified

Admission shall be considered provisional until documents are successfully verified by the Company or authorized partners.


Step 3: Fee Payment & LMS Access

Upon successful document verification and completion of fee payment (if applicable), students will be issued official LMS login credentials.

Access to course content, learning materials, and training modules will be provided strictly through the LMS.


Step 4: Online Training & Learning

Students are required to complete all prescribed learning components available on the LMS, which may include:

  • Theory modules

  • Practical sessions

  • Assignments, activities, or internal assessments

Course progress and completion status will be tracked digitally through the LMS.


Step 5: Course Completion

Only students who successfully complete all mandatory theory and practical components as defined in the course curriculum shall be considered eligible to apply for certification.

Incomplete courses or partial completion shall not qualify for examination or certification.


Step 6: Application for Certification

After course completion, eligible students must apply separately for certification/examination through the LMS or designated process communicated by the Company.

Certification or examination fees, if applicable, must be paid as per the notified guidelines.


Step 7: Examination / Assessment

Examinations or assessments shall be conducted as per the schedule, format, and rules prescribed by the respective awarding or assessing authority.

Students must appear for the examination within the stipulated time and comply with all examination guidelines.

Failure to appear or non-compliance may require payment of re-assessment fees.


Step 8: Result & Certificate Issuance

Students who successfully pass the examination shall be issued the relevant certificate by the concerned awarding or certifying authority, either digitally or physically, as applicable.

Certificate timelines are subject to the processes of the certifying body and may vary.


Important Notes

  • Admission does not guarantee certification or employment.

  • Certification is strictly subject to course completion and examination results.

  • LMS access is for individual use only and must not be shared.

  • The Company reserves the right to update admission guidelines as required.
